What kind of games do you offer? We offer games based on your preferrences. You let us know what you currently have and the types of games that you like. What consoles do you support? Quite a few: Xbox 360, Xbox, PlayStation, Playstation 2, Playstation 3, PSP, NES, Super Nintendo, Nintendo 64, Nintendo DS, Gameboy Advanced, Gameboy Color, Gamecube, Sega CD, Sega Dreamcast, Sega Genesis and Sega Saturn. Are these retro games? Yes and no. We offer games as recent as Call of Duty: Ghosts and as old as Super Mario Bros and Duck Hunt on the original NES. Are these brand new games? No, they're gently used but guaranteed to work. We do our best to ensure we send you the types of games that you like in your preferred genre and for your consoles. In other words if you like first person shooters we send you those, if you like sports games we send you those, etc. When are orders shipped out? We ship orders out between the 20th and 25th of each month. Who is this club for? Gamers! People who appreciate classic titles and more recent classics! Can I choose my games? Negative, ghost rider. We selectively procure your games based on the console(s) that you have and the games you already have on file with us. We then send you a ramdom pack of games each month! It's like Christmas every month! Can I send a game box as a gift? You-bet-cha. Simply put the intended's shipping address down as the address of delivery. Do you accept returns or exchanges? Unfortunately due to our low price, club model, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges. When does my subscription plan renew? For customer convenience all plans are set to auto-renew on the 1st of each month until you cancel. How do I cancel my account? We hate to see you go, after all you mean so very much to us. To cancel simply email our team at nextlevel@nextlevelcrate.com and we will cancel or adjust your billing increment |
