All subscription plans shall auto-renew on the 1st of each month until such time as you cancel your account.

11 State of Games

Client acknowledges that all games sent are previously owned. Clients has a 3 month guarantee to return any defective games to Nextlevelcrate.com. Client pays for shipping for any and all returns. There are no refunds.

12 Indemnification

Client agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Nextlevelcrate.com against any liabilities arising out of defective products sold to customers from the Nextlevelcrate.com website, personal injury or property damage caused by products or services sold or distributed from the Nextlevelcrate.com website.

13 Arbitration

By using any Nextlevelcrate.com products or services, clients agree to binding arbitration. If any disputes or claims arise against Nextlevelcrate.com or its subsidiaries, such disputes will be handled by an arbitrator of Nextlevelcrate.com's choice. All decisions rendered by that arbitrator will be binding and final. Clients are also responsible for any and all costs related to such arbitration.
